In order to minimize overhead expenses and keep our prices low, we are no longer processing orders by phone, and we have closed down our call center. All orders need to be processed online, and any questions on products or ordering or other general customer service needs to be done via email.
This will allow us to keep selling top quality products at the lowest wholesale prices available. We have dropped our 1,000 deck minimum order to 10 decks, and lowered our wholesale minimum order quantity on all accessories so we can service small businesses. This has resulted in a huge increase in smaller order volume as small businesses can now get the same prices as the large businesses and distributors that we also sell too. But in order to keep our prices and minimum order quantity low for the small businesses, we can not offer one on one individual sales rep experience over the phone.
We do our best to put all the information you need online, and make the ordering process direct and easy, but if you still have questions, we are more than happy to assist you by email, and we usually return emails within a couple days.
If you have a very urgent billing issue, or other emergency customer service concerns which requires speaking to a live person, then please email us with your issue and your phone number, and it will be elevated to a customer service manager, and you will either be given an access code that will allow you to call in to management, or a rep will make a call to you to assist you.

As long as our small business customers are ok with ordering online, and communicating with customer service via email, then we will keep access open at low prices and low minimum quantity. Thanks for your understanding, and we sincerely appreciate your business.
